ICONIC PRO – Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

1. Practices using ICONIC PRO software may text patient to remind patient of appointments.
2. The patient can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code. After the patient sends the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send the patient an SMS message to confirm that the patient has been unsubscribed. After this, the patient will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If patient wants to join again, they just sign up as they patient did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to the patient again.
3. If the patient is experiencing issues with the messaging program the patient can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling the practice.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to the patient from us and to us from the patient. The patient will receive two messages reminding the patient of the appointment. If the patient has any questions about their text plan or data plan, it is best to contact their wireless provider.
